Current portfolio status, decisions, benefits and a named stakeholder portal.
P3Space connects portfolios, programmes, projects, people, decisions and stakeholder communication in one data model – from investment choice to delivery.

One Space for the whole company. One data model – from board-level strategic decisions to a task on a team board. No parallel Excel sheets, no two sources of truth, no translating the same numbers in three meetings in a row.
P3Space organises work in the natural PPM model: from the decision of "what we do and why" all the way to "how we deliver it". Each layer has its own views, metrics and workflows – but they all share the same context.
Investment decisions, OKRs, prioritisation of business initiatives and the benefits map – all in one place.
Grouping projects into programmes, delivery tranches, dependencies and the blueprint of the end product.
The actual work: kanban, gantt, sprints, tasks, resources. Hybrid, Agile, classic – pick the model per project.
P3Space doesn't impose a structure. Start with projects alone and add layers as your organisation matures – or deploy the full PPM hierarchy for an entire corporate group from day one.
Small team or organisation without a PPM structure. Full project, task and resource management – without the overhead of Portfolios and Programmes.
One Space, one organisation – strategic goals, programme coordination and project delivery all sharing the same data model.
Each company in its own Space with independent configuration and fully isolated data. The owner switches between Spaces with one click and oversees the entire group.
Same data, three levels of abstraction. The board looks at the portfolio, the PMO coordinates programmes, the manager runs the project – and the numbers always reconcile, because they flow from the same core.
Every portfolio broken down into programmes and projects, with built-in EVM forecasting (EAC, VAC, TCPI) and live tracking of the benefits map.
Programmes in P3Space are more than a folder of projects. They're a declared vision, a defined blueprint and clearly scoped tranches – with progress and benefits realisation tracked in each.
Projects segmented by lifecycle phase: Initiation, Preparation, Delivery, Closed. Each card carries ID, status, progress, owner, plan and budget burn.
Beneath the PPM layer sits a solid operational core: workflow engine, resource management, reporting and registers – designed for actual PMO work, not for a feature-comparison spreadsheet.
Status, workflow and automation engine. SLAs, escalations, approvals – without code.
Resource planning, capacity, workload balancing and time approvals on the project.
Health score, burndown, trends, indicators – ready-made reports + your own in 5 min.
Registers of changes, decisions and risks with full comment history. Audit-ready.
EN / PL natively. Localisation per Space – from currencies to status templates.
AI assistant: "what's slipping and why", auto executive reports, risk prediction.
Current portfolio status, decisions, benefits and a named stakeholder portal.
Governance, prioritisation, capacity, reporting and cross-initiative dependencies.
Plans, risks, changes, costs, work and approvals in one operational flow.
A supplier delay creates a delivery signal. The team records the risk and impact, raises a change request, routes it for approval, updates the plan and automatically exposes the current status to named stakeholders.
You create a workspace for your organisation – not a demo on someone else’s data. Fourteen days, no payment card.
We send a six-digit code. Nothing is created until you enter it.
We confirm one thing: that the address is yours.
The workspace is created in the background. Space code, login and first-sign-in password arrive by e-mail.
One organisation = one Space. Data, dictionaries and workflows never mix with anyone else’s.
Dictionaries, report templates and event definitions are in place from the first minute. You are not configuring an empty system.
The password in the message is temporary and expires at first sign-in. We do not store it on our side.
After fourteen days the workspace becomes read-only: you can sign in, review and export everything.
Start with the scope you need. Catalogue prices are shown crossed out; the current offer is shown below.
Final tax, commitment term, service level and implementation scope are confirmed in the individual offer.
Yes. Enterprise supports agreed On-Prem architectures, including Kubernetes, Docker and virtual machines.
A person may receive named portal access without a P3Space user account. Identity is verified with an e-mail code and every response is attributed.
Yes. The interface and current demo data are available in Polish, English, German and French.
No. The trial requires no payment details and does not roll over into a subscription.
The workspace becomes read-only: you can sign in, review and export your data, but not save changes. Next steps are agreed individually.
Yes. A work address has an advantage though: the workspace is named after your organisation’s domain, and colleagues from that domain join it rather than create another one.
The trial runs on the Business plan, so twenty people are included.
